how much time do you spend on your mobile? Technologie Article #2
I'm looking at my mobile now which I've had less than a year and the total times of my outgoing calls is 88:34:53 and my incoming call times is 97:00:11. So it's clear that i spend a considerable amount of time on my phone, but obviously people are encouraging me by doing this because they are staying on the phone to me!
When meteor came out with the unlimited calls to any meteor customer user people have been using and taking advantage of this.Even though most of my friends are meteor and you think the 20euro credit you have is going to last you ages it honestly only last you about a week! There is a myth that girls talk more on the phone than guys.Yes it true in a way that if two girls are the phone they'll spend a lot longer than two guys talking on the phone but a girl can get a guy to talk on the phone for a considerable amount of time!
Some people prefer texting rather than calling people. Its really up to the person but I find if you call someone you get a more detailed quicker response and lessons the chance of misinterpretation.
Would you be lost without your mobile if you left it at home when you went into college?
I did that one day,I didn't feel lost I just felt that there was nothing to amuse me when I got bored during lectures but I've heard of people who would go mad if they didn't have their mobile phone on them!
Mobiles are much more private than the house phone now, since people can press redial on the house phone and if people are the kitchen you can't talk without someone listening in. A survey done showed that 1 in 5 teenagers use mobiles to talk to people their parents wouldn't approve of according to a new survey.http://www.pocket-lint.com/news/2518/mobile-phone-teenagers-parent-patrol
In summary I've decided that we do spend a lot of time on our mobiles if it's free,we're bored,to keep in touch and know what's that crack with the goings on of the night and to talk to people you don't want your parents to know! But i could be wrong...
